  Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated when possible.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations 14+ days before arrival. 50% refund for cancellations 7–13 days before arrival. No refund for cancellations within 6 days of arrival.

4. Property Rules

• No smoking is permitted inside the property.

• No parties or unauthorized events.

• Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

9. Termination of Stay
